A Passion For Healing
Complementary therapist Breda Gardner has run popular natural health clinics in South East Ireland for nearly 20 years. A native of Galway, Breda qualified and worked as a nurse for many years before studying a range of complementary therapies, including Homeopathy, Iridology, Diagnostic Kinesiology, Nutrition and Exercise to Music.
Between 2014 and 2019, she served as Kilkenny’s only independent County Councillor. She was a member of the South East Health Forum and the Carlow Kilkenny Educational Training Board.
Bringing Traditional & Complementary Medicine Together
Breda is a passionate advocate for bringing traditional and complementary medicine together, believing that each discipline can learn from the other. As a former nurse and current complementary practitioner, with many years’ experience in both disciplines, Breda brings a unique and inspirational approach to healing. She is renowned for her empathy, compassion and understanding, and she is very proud to have helped so many clients to heal themselves through natural medicine and through an understanding how our mind, body and spirit work together.
Breda has a client base of more than 3,500 people. She is the author of two books – “Words of Wisdom for Your Health & Happiness” and “Kind Words to Help You Heal” – and also produced the CD “A Meditation for Inner Love & Peace.” Her first book and her CD have both sold in their thousands.
Positive Living Workshops For Positive Health
Breda is an accomplished public speaker, a regular contributor to local radio discussing health and well-being issues, and for many years wrote a weekly natural health column in local newspapers. She has presented positive living workshops for many years across Ireland, and is now passionate about bringing them online to reach a wider audience.
